The Chief Executive Officer is Michael J. Stine. Mr. Stine received his B.S. in Biology, Minor Chemistry in 1976 from Northeast Missouri State University, Masters Degree Program in Microbiology, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine/Northeast Missouri State University. Graduated Cum Laude from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Cincinnati, Ohio in 1980 and is a licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director. Mr. Stine also holds certification in Eye Enucleation and Forensic Serology. The President is C. Michael Kilburn. Mr. Kilburn has a Masters Degree in Business and is a licensed Funeral Director. Mr. Kilburn has been a Warren County Commissioner for 22 years.
